A coach is like a mirror.
An accepting mirror that wants your best and listens to you, asks questions in order for you to find your own answers, and takes your dreams seriously. She helps you take the practical steps to get where you want, and walks with you when you stumble over fears and low self-esteem along the way.
I have been an artist, illustrator and designer for many years before becoming a coach, so my experience and passion lie in the areas of creativity and entrepreneurship. There are so many questions for those who want to do this, I have noticed – both in myself and others:
How do you get the inspiration back if you've lost it? How to dare to show your creations to the world? Are your creative projects for fun or to sell? And if you choose to sell them: how to combine creativity with the commercial?

One free intro session, followed by three sessions at €50 each, and then my regular price which is €100 per session. One session is 1 hour and takes place over Zoom or in person, depending on where we both are. The prices are valid until September 1st, 2025.
Q: What are your prices?
A:
It is a 1 hour long session where we use 30 minutes to talk about why you are interested in coaching and to find out if we are a good match, followed by a 30 minute long coaching session.
Q: What is an intro session?
A:
Coaching means that I listen to you as you tell me about something you want help with, and that I ask reflective questions that help you find your own answers. We will specify what the coaching session will be about, and I will make sure we stay on track throughout the session. Coaching differs from therapy in that coaching is often about what a person wants to accomplish now or in the future, and it does not delve as deeply into one's past as therapy does, although coaching often also touches on sensitive topics. I coach according to the ICF (International Coaching Federation) code of ethics, which means, among other things, that what we talk about in a coaching session is confidential. That means I will not share with anybody else what we have been saying.
Q: What is coaching?

No, we will book each individual session according to your needs. You are not committed to anything except the session you have booked.
Q: Is there any binding period?
A:
You send me an email through the email form, and we schedule a day and a time. I will ask for a booking fee of €50 which you pay through a payment link that I will email you. (For the free intro session, I will refund the money after the session, assuming you show up.) You can cancel the session latest 48h in advance and get the booking fee back. If you cancel later than that, you need to have a good reason such as illness or force majeure to get the booking fee back or to reschedule the appointment.

This is my absolute favorite: helping other people access their own creative power, their inspiration, and their gifts. I've noticed, once I've scratched the surface a little, that most people have a dream project inside them. The problem is that between the dream project and the outside world, there's usually a lot of self-doubt, shame, and "who am I to think I can write/paint/sing?"
The doubts sound very similar from one person to another, but the gifts inside each person are quite unique and amazing! I'd love to see more people's songs, poems, and paintings coming out into the world, and I also think people feel much better when they get to express themselves creatively.
There are lots of misconceptions about creativity. A common idea is that it has to lead to making money, and if it doesn't, it's not worth your time. The question "where will it lead?" means exactly that: how are you going to turn it into an income? But creative pursuits don't have to lead to a job or an income. They can be present in our lives to give us meaning, joy and peace. The obsession with turning your creative hobby into an income can sometimes ruin the entire joy of creating.
When a person is in touch with their creative inner voice, and when they express it, I believe they are also in touch with their truth and courage in general. This means they become more of an active force in their own life and less of a passive consumer (of goods and ideas), and that they become less easily controlled and obedient. Creativity is not just about creating paintings and songs, it is also about thinking in new ways and finding new ways to relate to challenges around us.
I have felt uninspired and blocked many times in my artistic life, and it took me many years to realize that it was not about me being a "bad artist" but rather about beliefs that we all share without knowing it (because no one talks about it). In my work as an illustration teacher and coach, I have noticed how common it is that people long to create things but are hindered by a variety of beliefs. This is why I am passionate about this – how great it would be if more people dared to bring their poems, their voices and their creations out into the world! Both for peoples' own sake and happiness, and for all of us who get to live in a more sparkly, diverse world thanks to it.
Creativity coaching
Do you want to make your own website, design your own business cards, or make a poster for a retreat you are organizing – but need help making the design look nice, clear and professional? Do you think it would be too expensive and cumbersome to hire a designer for the job, but are having trouble making it look the way you envision?
This is what graphic design coaching is about: we sit together and look at what you are working on, either at the same desk or sharing a screen online. You ask me any questions you have, and I help you with typography, color, shape, messaging and clarity around what you are working on. You choose how many hours of help you want, and you pay per hour.

As you may have already read in the section on creativity coaching, I don’t believe that creative pursuits are automatically meant for making money. But if you have made the active decision that you want to start or develop your own business, I can help you do that. I have been living off of my art for over 12 years, and I know that there are many questions and choices to make when it comes to being your own boss.
There are also many opinions about what one “should” do: become a pro on Instagram, know everything about search engine optimization, launch your own app – or is it about community and contacts? How do you maintain a balance between work and leisure when you don’t have someone telling you to show up at 9 and leave at 5? Will you need a logo, how do you make a website, and can you take any pictures from the internet for it?
